Light Flex Liner Kits

DuraFlex 304 and 316 are cost-effective and lighter liners, best suited for chimneys with minimal offsets. These liners, DuraFlex 304SS and 316SS, are meant for wood burning, non-condensing gas, and oil-fired apparatus. DuraFlex 316 is recommended for coal-fired appliances, where higher resistance against corrosion is needed. Both DuraFlex 304SS and 316SS are certified by UL 1777 and ULC S635.

The DuraFlex 316 is a flexible relining solution for masonry chimneys that can be used with various appliances, including gas, wood pellet, oil, or wood. It is suitable for a range of applications, such as fireplace inserts, furnaces, boilers, and water heaters. The 316 variant is specifically designed for harsher conditions in order to offer greater resistance to corrosion caused by coal.

The DuraFlex 316 and 304 are made of single-wall stainless steel with a thickness of .005 inches.

For gas, oil, and pellet applications, DuraFlex 316 & 304 require 0 inches of clearance. For wood-burning applications, a 1-inch clearance to masonry is needed. If you want a 0-inch clearance to masonry for wood-burning, then insulation is necessary.
