A taller chimney creates better drafts. Unfortunately, finding chimneys and flues that were designed with the best proportions and height to allow for the best ventilation can be difficult. A flue extension may be required to reestablish the right draft of the chimneys and shift the top of the flue into a new airflow.
A flue extension is a lengthened flue pipe in a chimney. Flues are pipes that carry exhaust from a stove or furnace outside of the structure. A fire's hazardous gases, smoke, and soot escape down the flue. A flue expansion can frequently increase the draft of an existing flue pipe. It could be made of galvanized metal, tin, or clay tiles.

Installs on chimney where no flue is extending or flue is too short; Tapcon screws are included.
